Show Your Passion: Share what excites you about Eta and the environmental field. What brought you to Eta? How do your interests in the environmental field relate to Eta?
Communicate: Try your best to be present at as many recruitment events as possible. If you can't make it to an event, make sure to communicate with our recruitment team.
